Worst experience ever. Absa just doesn't care!!

I need to transfer my cash from my credit card into my current account. As I am overdrawn by R10 I cannot do so. even though I payed a substantial amount this morning! They tell me it happens overnight, which does not sit well with me as I have debit orders that need to come from my current account today. I explained this and they just don't care that it affects my credit record!! Affecting MY FINANCIAL FUTURE. They just don't care!! As long as they get their money! Customers come last! Will leave them immediately.
