Policy of 5 years - no contact in over 3

I have a life insurance policy with RCS for over 5 years now. During this time i have changed jobs three times and have had a son, so i tried to contact them to update my details and increase my cover. I've emailed them countless times, never received a response, i've called them and if my call doesn't get dropped i get transferred and i have to hold for almost an hour as nobody knows where to transfer my calls. I even had my Financial advisor contact RCS but even he was unable to get hold of anyone that could assist us. For over 5 years they have had no problem debited my account but for almost 4 of those 5 nobody has made contact with me regarding this Policy. I want to cancel this stupid Policy and i want my money back as i havent been treated as a customer at all!!!
