I want the proof in writing where I put down my details, PROOF - otherwise I wont accept this lame excuse, I have not signed a written contract with MWEB it was a month to month contract. I blame the sales person for taking the incorrect details down, and see this as not my fault, Please supply me with evidence ASAP, otherwise I will take this up to a higher level, and the ITCBA should have send me the letter by hand, where is the proof???
