2ND REPORT-UNRESOLVED ISSUE. ihave submitted 7hospital Cash Back Claims to Clientele and only been paid out for 2claims.i sought legal advice from a lawyer who has agreed to assist me at no charge. As i have lost my job, ome and vehicle due to illness. I have been MEDICALLY BOARDED OFF as of JULY 2012.i submitted claims as of July2012-NOV2012.Clientele refuse to pay out monies due to me for all admissions and base their decision on technicality. All paperwork incl UIF form and supporting Doc letters have been submitted to them to verify a misdiagnosis frm 1st admission till major surgery on last admission, yet they refuse to review the entire matter as a whole. No response received by lawyer to legal letter sent to them in Dec2012. poor customer service, lack of concern for ther the client. has left me disillusioned as i am liable to pay for a policy since 2010 (without income) which promises client peace of mind in situations such as mine but delivers nothing. A rather well packaged ruse for a poorly built service which offers to assist clients with LEGIT CLAIMS however they use technicality to avoid payout on claims. It is or was my only source of income and no ethics shown to clients.
