I was in an accident with my vehicle and for the first time in my life I had to claim from insurance for repairs. The person who assisted me with the claim was Jody Davies, she has gone out of her way to explain everything involved in the claim process and happily responded to all my questions. Most of the panel beaters are still fully booked from last years hail damage and the earliest my vehicle could be seen was 18 March! My car is my only form of transport and is not safe to drive so having to wait so long to get it fixed was not an option. Jody then proceeded to track down a Ford accredited panel beater who will be able to take my car in on monday for a repairs.

She really went out of her way for me as she had already found two other places that my car could go to to get fixed but only in March, and realising the dilema I am in regarding transport she continued to track down places that could get my car sorted asap!

Jody's effort and service have been outstanding, I cannot fully express just how much I appreciate all she has done to help me through this time.
