In 2000, I recieved R98 000.00 of unit trusts. Between 2002 and 2003, I withdrew R20 000, Upon wishing to withdraw further funds, i was told that my mother had withdrawn the balance, leaving the account empty? The trust was in my personal account and my mother denies any possibility of interfering.
Continued efforts to investigate proved fruitless, as staff failed to respond or give clear guidance.
I am very angry and frustrated with this situation and strongly suspect that my funds were pilfered in an "inside job"
I appeal to Absa to follow up and fully investigate this complaint.
Any other person or organisation who may be of assistance? - Please HELP?
