IWYZE NOT KEEN TO REDUCE PREMIUMS

I have contacted iWYZE who currently comprehensively insure my vehicle.
In January 2013 I recieved a letter stating of annual increase.
I contested this & did recieve a reduction.
However, as my vehicle had depreciated extensively, I did not find the premiums to be in
line with the retail insured price.
I called other insurers & they had given me the same cover with added benefits at a cheaper
premium, that would see me save - R 720.00 per annum.
I called iWYZE and alerted them of my premiums that I was unhappy with, & that I was recieving
a cheaper rate.
They refused (the call centre) to attend to my plight of readjusting my premiums.
In this light instead of listening to their clients concerns, offering methods to at the least improve their
cost structure, I was turned away abruptly, so they are really not in the market place to offer a service & make a profit, but rather shed customers & have them take up offers with tsurance who better premiums, and give
you cash back if they do better the current paying premiums.
Seems my term with iWYZE has been short lived as I now turn to an insurer who takes my needs into concern. Reinsuring is a bother, hope they come to the party
