I cancelled my contract with bsure as a broker and asked them not to cancel with my car insurance which they did, I then found out that my car had not been insured for over a month. They day I found out I had no insurance I got a cracked windscreen that I now need to pay R6000 the have fixed. All bsure can say is sorry but they actually just don't care. To top it off no one phones you back this is why I wanted to cancel my contract with them.
