Good day, I would like to lay a complaint against Jacobeth who seemed to have no interest in assisting me with my claim. I submitted a claim on the 9th of July, firstly I was given an incorrect email address that belongs to Eulene and when I called to check if they'd received the claim documents I'd sent I was advised that Eulene is no longer an employee of Assupol.
I was further given the following [Email Removed] I got an auto reply stating that the recipients email is full. I called in to advise them of this but my calls weren't being answered.

This morning I called again, spoke to Rose who transferred me to Jacobeth again, I advised id resend the claims documents as she says allegedly told me that her email was full which makes me wonder why she never cleaned it as she was already aware.
The service offered by Assupol is worse than disgusting, it's so sickening, worse part of this is that they administer Telesure policies and if this is the kind of service they give to our clients we will sure loose more clients.
I would like to request that you listen to all the calls I've made and rate those yourself, stinking, disgusting attitude.
