Inadequate assistance and delay in processing

I have been trying to obtain an FNB credit card for the past couple of months. I managed to submit all the requested documents by mid December (in spite of them coming up with new requirements at least twice). I called the call centre to confirm the receipt of all documents. I was informed that all documents have been received and the application shall be processed. Now, when I called the call centre, I am being informed that the application has not been processed and that I will have do another application. I try to reason out to no avail. I try to email them to sort out this issue (which is entirely of their making). I have been completely put off by their entire process. Most times, when the call is transferred to a different executive, the call drops off. Sometimes, in the midst of the information gathering, the call drops off. However, the executives do not show the courtesy to call back. If you call back, you will invariably get a new executive and you have to explain everything all over again. From my experience, I really don't think FNB takes its credit card applicants seriously in contrary to their numerous advertisements.
