Breech of fiduciary duty

My mother passed away last year and the estate is being handled by ABSA. There are 5 beneficiaries to the estate and when we queried the status of the estate (on countless occasions) we were told inter alia documents are missing, people are on leave, bank account numbers have not been provided, shares have not been sold so pay out cannot take place etc etc. It now transpires this is all as the one sibling was paid out in September 2012? How can a person in such an important position be allowed to and there is no consequence? The money has been available and its not even earning interest? There is something badly wrong and this matter needs to be investigated urgently.

This matter will be reported to all necessary financial authorities. All and any fees payable to ABSA must be waived as this is nothing short of disgusting service. I am not mad, I am furious.
