5 months and claim still not finalised!!!

I submitted a claim to i-wyse in September. They came to tow my vehicle to the panelbeaters and caused more damages in the process. They said that they would fix that back in October. The car was initially taken to The Body and paint shop, then sent through to Durban Auto Electrical when the claims consultant had told me it was being taken to GM agents, from there it went back to The Body and Paint Shop then to some mechanic in Berea. All this I found out because I had decided to keep doing the follow up myself. Everytime I submitted a complaint the best they did is extend my car hire. Eventually, Modupi took over the claim and has been nothing but helpful, but it seems like there's nothing he can do by himself. The vehicle was then taken to Key Delta PTN where further damages were discovered leading to a conclusion that the vehicle would be written off and that they would make a settlement. I have been instructed twice to submit the bank settlement letter and both times the letter has expired because apparently the assessor or the repairer has not completed the costing. I am tired of waiting and paying premiums and installments for a car I do not have.
