Still waiting for progress to happen

I'm still waiting! One of your agents called 2-3 times after my last complaint on a day I am commuting in taxis. You send nice emails about investigating my case but when I engage with you... NO RESPONSE. Instead I get referred to somebody else.

Then you wonder why you are on Hello Peter every other day. Like I keep saying in my emails to you, I am not accepting liability for your clients bad driving. I am not accepting a settlement of R4800 because in your world a bonnet costs R700 and a front bumper R400 amongst other things.

Tell me where I stand with regards to my vehicle so I can take the necessary action.
