Consultant shouted at me in the middle of the bank

I went to Standard Bank to transfer money from one account to another. After having been bounced around to 3 different people (and having waited in all the queues for an hour), I was finally referred to a personal consultant. She made me wait while she finished a personal call. After telling her what I wanted done, she said she also couldn't help me. She refused to give me her name (but I can point out which office - number 2 in the corner) and told me I had to ask the receptionist if I wanted it. The receptionist also refused to tell me the consultant's name. I tried to tell the receptionist what happened and the consultant came out of her office shouting at me and wouldn't let me finish what I was saying. She is useless, rude, insufferable and should be fired. She continued shouting at me in front of everyone until eventually I left. AFTER COUNTLESS INCIDENTS LIKE THIS, I HATE STANDARD BANK! I have banked with Standard Bank for 20 years and will be changing all my accounts after this incident. I was going to get a mortgage with you this week but not anymore! You are the most useless, expensive, inefficient waste of time. My mattress is a better bank that you.
