Nessitates Movement of Broker Poor service and cli

I feel that this needs to be drawn to the attention of the CEO
as to why im changing Brokers.
Since AON took over Glenrands Business and the Aviation Book ther service has declined dramatically.
The inital policy debacle a year and a half ago with a Clement was put under the Bridge as being in the past However I again called in at 9h15 on Monady ie today to speak to Aviation.
I went from Pillar to post and back again evertually finding out that they were not at work at 9h15 A
Be that what it may I eventually was put through to someone whos e attitude frankly was they are not at work dont bother me Im not intersetd and why are you calling me

let me explain i asked for Aviation you answered, Im Your client you are the FACE OF AON??
If you want to represent AON surely you need to have the companies SERVICE POLICY at heart and not act in the way you did.
Find out where they are when they will be in and what you can do to help
