It was marked URGENT apparently yet I have had no one contact me and this morning two amounts came off my account which had not been "reserved" on previous notifications. This is making my paperwork a nightmare for my wife and is totally unacceptable that all of a sudden I am not receiving all my notifications. In the past I would receive an SMS every time I swiped my card!!! What about security - how will I ever know if I don't receive an SMS! I honestly am so disappointed in FNB right now. When I moved across to FNB I was so impressed I told other people to convert - now I am having second thoughts - this has been an ongoing complaint for over a month now - this is the third hellopeter complaint and I complained twice on the internet site - yet NOTHING!
