Sanlam
HELP ME!!!

I had a loan through Sanlam (direct axis). It was sent through to their legal department at HTN attorneys, I have paid off my loan. I received a paid up letter from the attorneys after I settled the account. I checked the credit bureau listing later on, only to find I'm listed as non payment when in fact I have paid. I call HTN they say I should call Sanlam because they don't list anyone, I call Sanlam and they say I should call HTN . All I want to do is get my credit rating fixed. This so frustrating. Can someone please help me? I have called and spoken to so many people. And no one seems to know what to do!!!
