Why am i still waiting for my statements

I have loggged a precious compalint on hallo peter, i have logged numerous complaints on the ABSA website, i have phone the branche, I have visited the branch!!! What on earth do you want me to do???
I want my statements of my business account, and have asked for them since last year November!!! it is nearing my year end and this pathetic bank is just not able to help me!!!

What is left to do? are you guys just plain ignoring the issue, refusing to help me??? Pathetic pathetic service!!!
