Deductions totally out of quoted value

You've quoted me for R948 over the telephone, with Feb being R1100 for the extra few days for when the policy started. The rep said I should not worry about the R1115 on the e-mail, as it was only for February.

Yesterday ~R1700 was deducted from my account. Because of this other deductions on my account did not went through, causing a lot of damage in terms of cash flow due to non payment and interest and banking fees.
