Hockey ball through car window

My wife's back car window was smashed with a hockey ball at randburg astro on a Thursday night at 21:30. The next morning we phoned outsurance at 08:00 and spoke to Milton to claim and arrange for it to be fixed. He organized and said that PG auto glass at black health would phone us. They phoned 30 minutes later and said to bring the car in at 13:00 the same day. Which we did and the car was ready and fixed by 15:30. What amazing efficiency and help. A few weeks later we get a parcel from Milton from outsurance with a hockey ball inside with a card reading "with outsurance, you'll always remain within the field of play". What a way to go out of your way to provide a funny side to a situation. Thanks Milton
