Milton Robbed us of R5632 Roseman Construction Cc T/a

Milton Aron, aged white man recommended by rep @ Bathroom Shop on same Rd wth The Dome. I hired Milton to quote me for installation of bathroom glass doors & setup Steam Room in my new house at Ruimsig. Milton came for a free quote amounting to about R40, 000 of which I accepted with revisions totalling R15, 000 which was paid to Milton's Business Account "Roseman Construction t/a LMJ Showers 083 675 2666 on 28 October 2011. Milton started to give excuses for not coming to install, at the time I thought I understood because manufacturers were closing for festive. Netherless, Milton came to install only the bathroom glass shower doors (cost R9368). Milton never returned to install steam room glass doors till today and has been refusing to repay our money, I have been following up with him patiently, he promised to pay in January 2012 but reducing the money expected in claim of call out fees which were never part of the initial agreement. Please help, we want our R5632 back, today I spoke to Milton and he says will only pay next month, this has been going long enough since 2011 and I am contemplating to call Speakout, go to public protector & open a Criminal Case against Milton
