Consolidation of loans

For the last few weeks I tried to find a financial instituation to help me with consolidation of dedt. No one whanted to help me not even my own bank Nedbank. I visited the bank and one of the employers said that I must try to consolidate some of my Nedbank Loans. After 3 days of waiting for a call, no response from Nedbank, I phoned and was told that the application was denied by the assessor without listening or reason, apparently nobody is aloud to talk to the assessor. After more than 26 years of banking with Nedbank they just gave me the cold shoulder. According to the person at the bank I can't phone anybody to help or listen. The assesor have the last word without any back ground.
