Harrasment and Intimidation

As a customer of MFC for 3 years now, I was shocked to be harassed and threatened by two of their employees, namely Peter Mabotja and Mapula Leseilane. On Wednesday 13/02/2013 i received a call from Peter Mabotja telling me that they are on their way to reposes my vehicle. In the 3years that i have been their customer, all communication and notifications have been made telephonically and failing to do so, emails were used. I called Mapula Leseilane, who and said my car had been in arrears for 4months and that its not her job and she doesn't take responsibility and that it is my job to ensure that i am reached and that no arrangements will be made and that i shouldn't talk to her anymore and i should only deal with Peter Mabotja even though she is the one in charge of my account. After engaging with Peter Mabotja, he didnt want to hear anything from me and just wanted my car. later in the day I received 4 sms telling me that my car will be taken away from me forever and all kinds of threats. I urged him to stop with senseless remarks but he seemed bent on causing me distress. He told me that i needed to pay R14000 or they will not release my car even though only R5450 was in arrears
