Std Bank NO business consultant

I drove from JHB to Sandridge Midrand branch to move my business account over to a new person and on arrival was told that no business consultant will be in for the day. Seriously??? Surely someone else should be on duty to assist business accounts? Surely you would think... Then i asked Lilian who managers the info desk to call the manager so i can discuss my dilema and that today was the only day i had. The branch manager never left her office or even bothered to come see me. Lilian then sighed and rolled her eyes at me. SHOCKING
I feel that branch managers should be more hands on and stop hiding. Then info desk Lilian must realise that she chose her job and must learn how to deal with situation and customers in a more professional manner or find a new job.
