Illegal debit orders

I've once again, the 4th time have had debit orders come off my bank account. Your e-mails responses and calls are non-existent when saying it is being escalated to management etc. As a debit collecting company it is your responsibility to ensure that the debit that you are collecting is from a legal entity, which clearly you do not.
please rectify immediately before I need to take matters further.
