Over debited

I settled my Fnb loan on the 5th of January and only to find that Fnb still deducted on the 25th of Jan andeven deducted more than the normal installment which was R1334 and they debited R1900 ..when i went to quiry it they told me they cannot find the settlement code at the Rissik Branch in Johannesburg and i told them to reverse the extra that they debited till they get the settlement code which i gave them the proof of settlement i have been waiting for 2 weeks for feedback and for my reversal ..i am still waiting and nobody bothers to call me to give feedback when i left my details to be called back... i dont remember the name of the person who helped me but i am really not pleased with FNB DELAYING MY MONEY ..
