False Advertising YET AGAIN!!!

I don't know why I keep falling for their radio adds because they have NEVER delivered on what they say. Sadly enough, I am an FNB customer and i reacted on their add regarding "consolidation of debt" add when applying for a new credit card. I applied for a card online, was accepted, chose a card design, selected account to be settled, the whole toot. I did all of this at the end of January and even though they advertise 7 day delivery, they have not even contacted me once!

I am really tired of all the to trick people into joining their mediocare fanancial institute..
