On the 24th I applied for a credit card online, 25th i got a call that my payslip is required, I emailed it through on the 26th, a few minutes after I received an sms that my credit card account has been opened and they will be in touch regarding the delivery.on the 30th I got a call that my card will be delivered at my workplace on the 1st of October at around 11am..at 10-58 I received a call that the delivery guy is at reception. I got my credit card..everything was speedy, efficient and true customer service. now my friends will be switching to FNB..they have witnessed how great it is to be with FNB.
