THE SYSTEM HAD MADE A ERROR, AND WHEN I CALLED MIWAY TO QUERY I SPOKE TO JENNIFER WHO WAS JUST RUDE AND CHARGED ME MORE THAN MY MONTHLY PREMIUMS, SHE DID NOT EVEN CHECK MY HISTORY AND HAD TAKEN R102 IMMEDIATELY FROM MY ACCOUNT.SHE HAD SAID THAT THERE WAS NO INFORMATION REFLECTING THAT MY HUSBAND WAS A REGULAR DRIVER FOR MY OTHER CAR.DAYS LATER TEBOHO MAPHELA TOOK MY QUERY AS I HAD SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS TO THE LADY I SPOKE TO AND SHE NEVER REPLIED EVEN TODAY.TEBOHO WAS REALLY WENT A EXTRA MILE AS I WAS THINKING OF CHANGING MY INSURANCE BECAUSE I FELT THAT I WAS BEING ROBBED.TEBOHO EXPLAINED HOW THE SYSTEM MADE A ERROR AND CALLED THE TWICE THE SAME DAY TO ADVISE ME THAT HE WAS STILL WORKING ON MY QUERY TO GET ME THE BEST PREMIUMS.THE LAST CALL FROM MR MAPHELA REALLY MADE ME A HAPPY WOMAN AS HE WORKED OUT A PREMIUM THAT BEST WAS SUITED MY NEEDS.TEBOHO WENT AN EXTRA MILE AND REALLY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS, AND MY NEED WAS SATISFIED.HE IS PASSIONATE AND PROFESSIONAL ABOUT WHAT HE DOES, AS ONE CAN HEAR IT OVER THE TELEPHONE.THIS KIND OF SERVICE IS RARE IN OUR COUNTRY.MR MAPHELA IS AN ASSET AT MIWAY.
