Hi

I just want to take 5 min out of my day to thank Rodney Palm for the awesome service I got from Rodney while Managing my motor vehicle claim.
I always wondered what is awesome service, well what I got from Rodney is what I will define as awesome service. Rodney was professional and treated me professionally (he was not trying to be my friend) at all times he explained what the next steps are and what is going to happen. He was to the point and clearly understood what was going on and how long specific actions/task will take. This created a sense of comfort and relief that I'm dealing with a person that knows what he is doing and by when the claim will be in the final stages. So I did not have to call him every day to find out what was going on, upfront I was told what was going to happen and by when the specific task will be done. Not once did I have to call.

What I appreciated more is after the claim was finalised Rodney informed me that I would need to Police clearance on the vehicle and with myself working he suggested that I use the service of external companies that could assist me in this regard which helped a lot
