POOR SERVICE

Good day: I had a bad experience at Damelin. what happened is i called in on the 28/02/2013 and was transfered to their student consultant as i wanted to apply for a Property Law and Conveyancing course. I spoke to Teboho Mofokeng and he advised that he will email me the forms that i had to fill. I did get the forms same day and emailed them back on the 04/03/2013 and made payment the very same day. I did not get a response from him advising that he got my documents or not. i had to keep on sending him emails some of them he did not even bother to respond to. i called again on 12/03/2013 and was advised that there is no one else who can assist me except Teboho Mofokeng. If Teboho is not willing to assist then it means im not going to get joy from all this.
