A big thank you to Teboho Maphela from miway. i was notified that my excess was to increase from zero to R3, 300 and i was majorly upset. i emailed miway and was called back by someone called Hope who ddn't seem to care about my dissatisfaction or upset about my situation. she did offer me a lower excess with a substantial premium increase but didnt offer anything else even though i was not happy about it. i then received numerous calls from Teboho but missed his calls as i was in a meeting but i received an email and sms to call him back urgently. i did so and he really showed compassion and understood where i was coming from and showed that he didn't want to lose me as a customer and tailored a deal where we were both happy! i really appreciate you going that extra mile and trying your best to keep a client satidfied! i wish all guys working as consultants had the same passion and commitment!
