I'm am very disappointed in the service delivery since I joined 8 months ago and money has been deducted from my account every month I requested my contract to be sent to me numerous of times and haven't received it up to today while I'm paying for something I'm not sure of my contract was done telephonically. Today 14/02/2013 I called again holding on for 7 minutes only listening to a voice-mall voice. I would appreciate it if asap due to the fact that I need my contract
