Paying more than what i am suppose to

Hi

How do I go forward to closing my cheque account with you? as I am paying R229.84 pm on bank charges where I am supposed to pay R99 pm???
I would like to also have a refund on the money that you from me in not notifying me that I will not be paying that amount.

This is unacceptable, if you get told one thing but get charged way more than what you are suppose to.
when i opened my checque account i was told my monthly bank charges all inc would be R99.00 pm.

i want to close this account and i want a refund on the money that is legally mine and that i worked for, that you just took to pay you're bank charges!!!
