Money just goes missing from my account

Last month I had a balance of R10000 odd in my account but could only use R9000? All my debit orders and bank charges went off like they nomally do! I could not use the whole R10000. This month I have the exact same problem! I have a saldo of R1900 but when I tried withdrawing I could only withdraw a R1000! My money keeps on dissappearing!!! Its a very depressing matter! I need Answers!
