NON SERVICE & incorrect premium charged frm 2010

I sent a request to Discovery life in dec 2010 requesting that they change my profile and status from a smoker to a non smoker, i was informed to sent through a non smokers disclaimer in Dec 2011. I did this on the 19th December 2011, & to date, after sending TWO non smoker disclaimer forms and many emails requesting my staus be changed and my premium adjusted accordingly, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE (as at 14 February 2013). I am now being told that Discovery Life never recieved any of the disclaimer forms which i sent to them, nor do they have any record of my requests to change my status... even though i have sent them PROOF of the emails with the disclaimer forms... I am being told that they cannot find the emails on their side. I am 28 year old female & currenly paying R 294 p/m excluding the debit order fee of R 7.15 per month wich brings my total premium to R 301.15 p/m, for not much life insurance cover. I think its an absolute disgrace that i, the PAYING CUSTOMER have to send proof & follow up with Discovery.. what the are the consultants being paid for if I have to do the work for them... and STILL nothing gets done!!! DONT USE DISCOVERY LIFE!!! Go to Momentum rather!!!
