Waiting on Standard bank amends before lodgement

We purchasing a new house & I am closing my bond with Standard Bank. On lodgement their forms were not filled in correctly. On the 6th Feb my attourney's sent an email to various members of Standard Bank asking for the document to be filled and and returned. No news from the by 12th Feb (apparently this process should only take 3 working days!!!). I called on the 13Feb to find out that they saying they only received the documentation on the 12th Feb- funny that send to the same email address, but only receive the later one. I spoke to the call center who assured me they would make it a priority case and that someone would call me back that day. No surprises I never received a call from them. Today is the 14th Feb and I called first thing in the morning to be told, not to worry, my job has been raised and a Rafiek Parsons will be attending to my matter, it is now 11:30 and I have been on the phone for about 30 minutes, Rafiek apparently not in the the call centre does not have a clue what is going on. I am NOT impressed, this is holding up lodgement of our house which in return holds up our moving date. Call ref number: 51871130 or 36377310
