Excellent Service from Keshnie

Earlier this week I called in at my local ABSA to make a deposit. I also wanted to get an ABSA value bundle on my cheque account.

As I was in a hurry I asked the lady at reception to get a consultant to call me regarding ABSA value bundles and to set an appointment for me to come in and see a consultant.

Later that afternoon Keshnie called me to set the appointment for the next day. She very efficiently asked me the right questions to ascertain that she could effect the changes I requested over the phone right there and then!

Based on my previous experiences with ABSA, this kind of service was not expected BUT was highly appreciated!
