I emailed a letter and a signed copy of my ID to mybranch as I needed an emergency partial withdrawal on my 32 days notice account due to a funeral in my family. Until today I've not received any response from them and this is the 4th day since I send the request. I need the funds before this Saturday and I have no idea whether I will have access to them. I'm really disappointed and disgusted at the lack of service that I keep receiving from mybranch.
