I sent a "secure message" on internet banking a week ago and have still not had a response.
Also, my son found that he could not draw money from his account on Tuesday as it had been frozen - when he went into a Std Bank branch they said they needed documents for fica. He did not receive a warning that they would freeze his account - he only found out when he went to the ATM to draw money for petrol!!
