On 31 January 2013 I was contacted to arrange for replacement of my windscreen later I was informed that they do not have a Toyota Hilux windscreen in stock and they will have to order it, I was also told that I have to pay my access before they could do anything. This is totally unacceptable, I requested for proof that they could be trusted with this money. On 7 February 2013 I received a call and was told that they changed the procedure and I will only have to answer "yes" on an e mail then they will replace my windscreen, this was done and I have not received any other communication form them, no answers on my e mails, nothing. I am glad I did not pay upfront like other people also complaining.
