African Bank
Service does not exist

I applied for arrangement on the loan I have with African bank so I can pay less than the agreed amount in the beginning because I am now suffocating after taking that loan, I supplied all the proof they needed and an arrangement was approved. It has been approved in October 2012 but to this day 13/02/2013, it has still not been activated. I pay my loan through payroll at work. I have tried so many times to ask them to instruct my employer to reduce the amount to the new arranged one but to no avail. In January 2013, I was asked to send my payslip indicating that the amount agreed upon is not the one been paid to them, I did send it but still got no response from them. I am so frustrated because we are advised to approach our creditors if we have problems but if they are not interested in helping us, what should we do? I just hope someone can help me
