8 days and still no phone services!!!

On the 10th I went into Vodashop Alberton, telephone number 011 869-3333.
I was assisted by a gentleman named Rodney.
The purpose was to add an additional line on my account for my fiancee.
We completed the paperwork and selected a Smart XL package and got the phone and sim card etc. We requested to keep her prepaid number and convert it to the contract.
Upon leaving the shop we were told she should be online by 2pm.
To cut a long story short, despite numerous calls both to Rodney and 111, 114 etc she only managed to even get activiated on the network by Tuesday evening.
In addition, on Wednesday she noticed that the incorrect plan seemed to have been activated as she was issued too little data and minutes.
Upon Calling Rodney, he indicated that it was an error a Uchoose L was loaded instead. He promised to do a reversal and reload new contract. He said this would be a quick process, Vodacom would reverse the minutes allocated and initiate the new contract and she would be onlione again by 12h00.
It is now MONDAY morning, which is the SIXTH DAY since that call. Although she has contacted Rodney about 50 times, and received promise after promise SHE HAS NO MINUTES OR DATA
