Absa denying me a home loan

I put in a home loan application with my bank ABSA, They denied me the home loan reasons stated was affordability, I enquired about this affordability I was told that I pay a car that is worth 10 000 and insurance that is worth 3000, I DO NOT OWN A CAR THAT IS WORTH 10 000 AND I DO NOT PAY 3000 FOR INSURANCE, what frustrates me is that they have all my information at their disposal but they failed to attach that, I'm running with getting the loan. WHAT IS SO SAD IS THAT OTHER BANKS HAVE GRANTED ME THE LOAN AND MY OWN BANK WHO I HAVE BEEN LOYAL TO FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS HAS FAILED ME IN ACQUIRING MY DREAM HOME.
