Bad customer response time

I sent through a request for an insurance quote and call back via Miway Internet channel on Thursday 9 January 2014 and I am yet to be called. This isn't the first time Miway has given me trouble with service in the last 2months. They may have sorted out all the issues along the way but we first had to encounter a problem when it could have been avoided. While awaiting feedback from someone at Miway, i called another insurance company who has given me excellent service and i will be moving insurance companies in this week. I would like a call back on this issue and gather all the needed documents from Miway for my own safe keep.
