Not sticking to what they say!

I sent them a sms to call me and quote me on my car insurance. one of there consultants called me the next day to quote me on my car insurance. They were un able to beat my car insurance by just short of R200-00 so there consultant just verified with me about my email address, and it was correct. He said he would send me a mail so that i can send my details and proof that i am paying that amount for my car insurance. So i got the proof for them. I waited 2 days for the mail to come through and NO SURPRISE no mail!!! when i tried to call them and ask to speak to that same consultant they said there is nobody that works for them with that name... So i sent another sms to them to call me again on the 5 Jan 2013 and still have not got a call back.
