Car Engine Failure

My name is Tholeka Nkala, was on my way from holiday when I had a breakdown between Smithfiled and Rouxville in the Fress State. I called insurance company and tow truck arrive and tow us to Bloemfontein the nearest town. I visited the dealer the following day was told that my car will not be repaired on the same day and the quotation was R45 000.00

Dealer contact motorite and they went to assess the car and inform me that they decline to assist, the representative from motorite ask me If I drove the car to a river or dam. And that was it, recently I received a letter from Motorite my name and surname are spelt wrong.
