R400 Insurance Quote Ad

Have tried them out on their quote ad where if you cant beat my current insurance they will give me R400. Well I did this and they could not beat my current insurance, no it is so difficult for them to keep their side by giving me the link so I can upload my documents. It is really difficult to come to the party cos they know they need to give out money, and they will make sure they make any kind of excuse not to fulfill the quote deal, first i was told it will be send to me on the same time I received my pin via sms, have my pin no mail, which did not arrive and then the second time I called they asked me to spell my email for them, said they see the error and that is why I didnt receive the mail, the call centre repesentative told me he will resend it and he can see it has been send now, still have not received any mail, on the third time I called I was send around to various people telling that Im not in the right department, after the fourth transfer i was back at the start in the call centre, Again Nothing, Thought of giving up and forget about it, but Im protected by the Customer Consumer Act, what you advertise is what you should deliver, im glad you not my insurance company.
