Ad service and my car damaged in the process

On 10/02/2013 my car tyre burst while i was on my way home at around 5pm. i called etana insurance for assistance, and they got AA to call me and i was told that i need to pay R3400 to get my car towed to my house, why have insurance if you need to pay so much and i was told no access when i joined.at 9h30pm a tow truck came that was sent by my insurance company the driver was rude he damged my car while towing, he dropped my car at some filling station in witbank and left me there around 10h30. the so called emergency car (courtesy car) that i had to organise a cr card before they can come came at 11pm and i got home at 1am since i was stuck from 5pm.the next day i was told by my insurance that they will not get my car for me in witbank where the towing comapny they organised dropped it off i had to drive from nelspruit to witbank to go get my car since my insurance didnt want anything to do with it. theres more to tell unfortunately there isnt enough characters.
