I was officially retrenched in midst november and I submitted a retrenchment claims to Nedbank on the 22/11/12. I am having endless conversations with their insurance department who has promised me a class in December to give me confirmation if the insurance has paid out. But to dat no one has called me on this matter. Today I speak to a consultant who had called me about another account and when I started to explain to her my problem with the claim submission she continuously tells me to 'stop screaming' I am still explaining her that it was noisy on my end and about my problem then she rudely cuts the call. Her name is kelly. That is disgusting service. How the do you train your staff. Her behavior as a customer consultant was dispicable. I was a customer service manager and no matter what a customer says we never cut the call on them and pls note I never used any vulgar languages on her. Today bank deducted again for that specific account. How do I survive as every cent in my account is needed now more than ever and I was assured that this would be resolved in 30 days but 3mnths and nothing. Will never deal with this bank again. I was a loyal paying customer but ..disgusted
